Sea Siren Cosmetics are accredited Dangerous Goods shippers according to Australian and International Air & Maritime Laws. We are authorised DG Contract Holders with Australia Post for road transport and DHL Express

AUSTRALIA

SHIPPING ADDRESS & DELIVERY TIME

Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel with online tracking. Post office boxes are acceptable.

Please ensure you provide the most up-to-date and accurate shipping information. If your item is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for both the return and re-shipping charges. Presently eParcel Returns are $11.31.

Delivery may take between 2 to 7 days to be received as advised by Australia Post, dependent on where you are located within Australia due to road transportation.

Signature on delivery – Australia Post eParcel requires a signature on delivery. If you are not home, Australia Post have advised your parcel will be left at your nearest outlet for collection or you have the option of a “Safe Drop”. Please note authorisation to leave in comments during check-out for this option.

COST

Free shipping for all orders over $60.00 otherwise $10.00 flat rate shipping Australia-wide placed through our online shop (this does not apply to individual orders negotiated outside of the online shop).

Please note we can only ship up to 150 ml (10 Ocean Bubble bottles) in one parcel due to Australia Post regulations governing Class 3 Flammable Goods, so your order may arrive in more than one parcel.

PROCESSING

On placing your order you will receive correspondence from us regarding placing of order, processing and dispatch and your eParcel tracking number. Please ensure you have provided your correct email address.

All orders are shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed, Monday to Friday.

There may be times when there might be a delay to processing such as when the Sea Wench gets really busy swabbing the decks during sales and other assorted things like slipping on the freshly swabbed decks, however, you will be notified of this on our Website and other social media outlets providing advanced warning prior to placing your order.

GOODS DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT

Your items will be securely packaged for protection and safe, undamaged arrival

If you have not received your order within 14 days of dispatch please contact us immediately.

You are not required to have insurance, however, the purpose of Extra Cover is to ensure you receive what you paid for. Opting to not insure your package is at your own risk. If you choose to not have Extra Cover, Sea Siren Cosmetics cannot be held accountable for any damages or loss after we have shipped your order. Current cost is $1.80 per $100.00. This is available at checkout.

We accept no responsibility for returned goods that are lost in transit.
